Vacancy Description British Council Jordan is looking to hire a Project Manager. Location : Amman Jordan . Duration : 1 year contract. Salary : 900 JOD plus two months salary bounces , Terminal Gratuity , Social Security , Medical Insurance. Working Pattern : Full Time. Annual Leave : 24 working day Restrictions : Jordanian or have valid work residency/permit in Jordan . Deadline : 27 November 2016. IMPORTANT NOTICE: This announcement is for a potential post and job-creation is dependent on securing the donor-funded project opportunity.

Purpose of job: To manage the development and delivery of a 12-month donor-funded project in Jordan to meet the British Council and Client’s objectives and targets (100% role).

Experience :

1-Minimum of 2 years working experience as a Project Manager of donor-funded projects, as well as experience in planning .
2- Proven record in delivery of projects to agreed financial and non-financial targets.
3- Proven experience in management of external partners.

Qualifications :

University degree or equivalent
