Job Summary
Assisting and supporting Company’s Clients in their technical issues.
Functions and Responsibilities
Ability to work in a team environment and promote strong working relationship with clients & staff.
Work in a shift system that will cover 24×7, shift system is changing upon the job requirements to meet the client and the company requirements, usually client and employee satisfaction are taken into consideration in the shift design.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
One year of Technical Support/Helpdesk experience.
Experience in IIS Web Server administration, support and troubleshooting.
Good knowledge in windows environment (Windows NT, windows 2000, Windows XP).
Knowledge in database-driven websites structure.
Knowledge in Microsoft products e.g. Commerce Server 2000, Site Server, SQL Server.
Knowledge in web development e.g. scripting languages, ASP and ASP.NET is most preferred.
Excellent Proficiency in both English & Arabic.
High communication skills.
Education, Training & Experience
Computer Science/ programming Diploma or related majors.
Equivalent Experience.
Chain of Command
This position assists and advises all Departments.
The position is supervised directly by the Senior Customer Support Engineer
