About This Job:
Provide administrative support to ensure that operations are maintained in an effective, up to date and accurate manner.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
- Maintain office files
- Take minutes at meetings
- Coordinate repairs to office equipment
- Arrange flight and hotel booking
- Maintain confidential records and files
- Maintain records of decisions
- Prepare documents and reports on the computer
- Schedule GM meetings
- Prepare agendas for meetings
- Greet and assist visitors
- Answer phones
- Direct calls and respond to inquiries
Qualifications:
- A degree in any related field
- Bilingual with proficiency in English language spoken and written
- Good knowledge of MS office
- Good sense of responsibility, honesty, ability to handle confidential information
- 2- 4 years of experience
