A leading IT company in Amman is seeking to recruit a telemarketer Male/female in Jordan – Amman office.

Responsibilities: –

Schedule meetings for sales team to meet prospective customers.

– Call prospective customers to qualify leads and explain type of products offered.

– Inform customers of promotions and new / upgraded products using prepared scripts.

– Create qualified audiences database, and following up with them. – Processes customers orders / needs and update clients info. – Following up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, and solicit further sales.

– Generate new qualified leads.

– Following up with sales department about leads and leads engagement.

– Maintains phone time as determined by management.

– Any other orders from direct manager/s.

Markets: –

Levant countries + GCC countries. Skills: – Speaks clearly and effectively to customers. – Great listening and closing skills. – Ability to work under pressure. – Ability to manage the work in a short timeframe. – Capable of handling customers rejection. – Strong Knowles of MS.Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc..).

Languages: –

Arabic: Native.

– English: Very good.

Experience: –

0-2 Years of experience in the same role.
