 Technically supporting the system in case of any irregular behaviour or looking after requests that requires the IT’s attention.
 Analyse, design, and assist in managing projects, and making sure system features are delivered as per the business owner requirements.
 Connecting with Aramex business units at the GSO and stations across the network in relation to the financial module of Express Shipments System
