The HR Coordinator is a member of the Human Resources Department Team. He/She is responsible for record management, vacations, leaves, and attendance. The HR Coordinator also assists in recruitment and in the overall administrative work of Human Resources Department.
Essential Duties include the following but not limited to:
1- HR Personnel and Record Management
2-Vacation, Leaves, and Attendance
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or any related field
At least 1-2 years experience in HR field
Native Arabic, very good understanding/level of English
*Desired knowledge, skills and abilities:
Knowledge and understanding of FINCA Jordan policies and procedures.
Excellent organizational capabilities.
Ready to participate in all HR functions in order to achieve the organization goals.
