• The role will manage outsourcing and crowdsourcing initiatives globally
• Prepare reports and analytics
• Arrange and review payments
• Connecting with Partners and developing new suppliers
• Point of contact with partners and suppliers
• Supervise daily shipments and operations related to crowdsourcing and outsourcing activities
• Support launching crowdsourcing in new markets across Aramex network
• Research and stay abrupt to outsourcing and crowdsourcing best practices amongst different industries

Ideal Profile:

• Can do attitude! Self-driven and ambitious
• Fresh graduate or 2 years’ experience
• Fluent in Arabic and English
• Willing to travel
• Valid UAE driving license
• Business driven
• Strong communication skills
