Job Description

– Develops and implements procedures, practices and processes to meet operational, logistics and services needs.
– Facilitates requirements when needed between departments at the RFC and its partners/ service providers involved in the projects in Jordan and abroad.
– Implements events, adhering to RFC’s policies and procedures.
– Assists in the coordination of all legal contracting with the Manager, with the RFC legal advisor.
– Liaises with RFC’s Administration Department regarding seeking price offers, travel, bookings, purchasing, quotations, catering and logistics for all projects and programmes.
– Communicates directly with applicants seeking the Regional Training Department’s labs, workshops and programs.
– Responsible for preparing all administrative documents relevant to the department’s projects and programmes.
– Breaks down applications, identifies their missing material and follows up on them with the applicants.
– Assists in interrelated correspondence with the team members, applicants/ participants, mentors, crew, cast, etc.
– Coordinates related logistics such as to soft and hard filing, event booking and reservations, etc.
– Responsible for providing general and specific information for literature reporting, monthly, annual and upon request.
– Works with the financial department to help set up reports, monthly, annual and upon request.
– Follows up on, and Provides inputs relevant to, updating the Med Film Factory and Rawi websites: edit, proofread and translate texts/reports as required as well WebPages material in both languages.
– Coordinates, and translates, publication materials with related parties such as participants and RFC departments.
– Attends workshops, venues and events as required by projects and Project Manager.- Performs other coordination tasks or duties that may be assigned by the Manager.

Skills

– A BA in business administration or any relevant field.
– Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar position.
– Excellent communication and writing skills in Arabic and in English. French is a plus.
– Exceptional presentation skills on regional and international scales.
– Experience in filmmaking and knowledge of film production and culture is preferable.
– Capacity to work autonomously and under pressure.
– Excellent team player.
– Ability to take swift decisions.
– Excellent organizational skills and attention to details. – Flexible and creative.
