IT Manager
•Should be able to handle both IT Infrastructure and ERP projects leading the installation, upgrade, and maintenance of ERP applications, databases and servers, which includes installing new software releases and system upgrades, and conducting database migrations.
•Completes projects by coordinating resources and timetables with user departments
•Verifies application results by conducting system audits of technologies implemented.
•Responsible for implementing disaster recovery and back-up procedures and information security and control structures.
•Responsible for maintaining reliable surveillance systems at the various locations and on site
•maintaining a safe and secure work environment
•Conducting maintenance contracts with 3rd party hardware or software whenever needed
•Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
-BS Degree in Computer Science or related field
-5+ years experience in IT management
-Comprehensive knowledge of network architecture and client/ server technology
-ERP implementation experience
– Analysis skills
-Strong problem solving and communication skills
-Preferable PMP certified
