Our Sales team is eager to add some energy and spice to their team. With the position of an Account Executive being vacant, we are searching for someone who is energetic, motivated and flexible. Do you have those traits? Here are the responsibilities for this job position:
·Manage existing customers’ accounts.
·Arrange face to face meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business.
·Follow up with existing clients to handle objections, train clients on the system owned by Akhtaboot and its other products.
·Give online demonstrations to clients on Akhtaboot.com and its other products
·Enter all the data gathered from meetings, calls, emails into the CRM in order to have better accounts management.
·Cold Calling new companies to expand Akhtaboot and its other products to reach in the Jordanian Market.
·Identify, attract, and retain potential recruiters.
·Research and identify company’s recruitment needs, and identify the services that best fit those needs.
·Engage in a reasonable degree of up-selling and cross-selling.
·Meet with upper management once a week.
· Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
·1-4 years of Sales experience in IT companies (Hardware/Software) and/or Software Solutions is a must.
·Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic languages.
·Motivated and a quick learner.
·Driving license is a must
