Quality Assurance and Compliance Inspector
EtQ is seeking for a fresh graduate to fill the position of Quality Assurance and Compliance Inspector, with the following detalis:
POSITION OVERVIEW
QA Inspector is responsible for assuring that standards and regulations that EtQ works based on are considered in the daily work, and acts as Document Controller which includes working on the Quality Records module.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
– Handles CAPAs, including Initiating, Following up, Root Cause Analysis, Plan Design, Plan Approval, and Effectiveness Check.
– Handles tasks related to monitoring, maintaining and enhancing compliance of processes and products to the related quality standards or regulations like FDA Regulations.
– Reviews assigned documents in Document Control module for quality records, that may require working with department managers to identify the quality records that pertain to their area of responsibility.
– Reviews assigned documents in Document Control module for completeness/accuracy and use of established templates (document controlling).
– Verifies that there are no open change requests. If so, process correctly and assign the document to the correct person.
– Works on the Quality Records module in CORE, by:
– Creating entries in the Quality Records module in CORE for all quality records listed in approved procedures, policies and work instructions.
– Verifying dispositions according to the Quality Records procedure.
QUALIFICATIONS
– Bsc degree in Computer Science or any other relevant majors (BIS, CIS, MIS, …).
– Very good oral and written English.
– Strong Communication Skills.
– Creative and Fliexable.
– Interested in learning Quality Concepts, like compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standard.
