Requirements:

=> A college degree in MIS, BIS, industrial engineering, or any relevant field is required.
=> 2-3 years of experience in operations, customer support, project management, or IT support is required
=> English fluency (writing and speaking) is a must
=> Intermediate to advanced level of German language is a plus
=> Basic understanding or strong interest in networking products
=> Analytical and troubleshooting mindset
=> Ability to learn quickly
=> Self-managed and self-motivated – able to work without supervision
=> Excellent communication and presentation skills
=> Excellent customer handling skills
=> Ability to work under pressure – take leadership under a critical situation with the customer, maintaining professional and positive attitude.
=> Proactive, strive for continuous improvement.
