Job description

Accountabilities & Key Roles :

  • Ensure that all issues concerning rent are finalized upon contract termination.
  • Handling rental / or acquisition contract negotiations based on guidelines from senior management and ensure best rent value for the bank properties.
  • Research land and building property market trends and values to identify most appropriate acquisition proposals that meet Bank’s requirements.

Job Requirements:

Education:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration.

Experience:

Minimum of four years in real estate administration within a bank or a large real estate company.

Competencies:  

  • Good English and Arabic
  • Established managerial and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
