Accountabilities & Key Roles :
- Greet customers entering the branch in a professional and friendly manner in order to enhance the customer experience.
- Answer walk-in customers’ inquiries effectively and in a timely manner in order to save time and effort for the customer and the branch.
- Promote the bank’s alternative channels to the customers through live training.
- Manage the branch floor by guiding customers to the most efficient alternative channel(s) or related branch zone.
- Provide basic information on Arab Bank programs, products and services whenever needed.
- Identify selling opportunities and direct them to the appropriate relationship area.
- Participate in sales campaigns for the branch when requested.
- Handle custody items and keys effectively and efficiently in adherence to policies and procedures.
Business degree from a reputable university.
One year experience in retail banking.
· Fluency in Arabic and English.
· Excellent communication skills.
· Computer skills (Excel, Internet, word, PowerPoint, ETC…).
