Customer Care Representative

Requirements of the role:

Bachelor degree
No Experience Required.
Doesn’t mind shifting schedule.
Doesn’t mind uniform .

Responsibilities:

Direct dealing with Customers and answer all their questions, suggestions and complaints.
Monitor the opening and closing of shops.
Data Entry.
Prepare Daily report.
Distribute questionnaires on the desired sample studied.
Assist customers in case of losing their children or if one was found missing children and inform the concerned departments.

Senior Accountant

Bachelor degree in Accounting is a must.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounting.
Responsibilities:

Record all transactions related to accounts payable, receivable, assets, liabilities, Revenues & expenses.
Prepare bank reconciliation on monthly basis.
Record monthly payroll, petty cash & credit Card expenses.
Maintain company accounting procedures and processes.
Assist with internal, external & tax audits, & all transactions & requirements related to them.
Assist month-end/year-end close processes
Ensure compliance with all internal processes.
Avoids legal challenges by complying with legal requirements.
Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential.

Specialty Leasing Officer

Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any related field.
Minimum I year of experience in Administrative work.
Responsibilities:

Manage, lease, and handle ready-made kiosks and promotional booths.
Coordinate with related sections/departments concerning installing or dismantling any booth.
Provide data entry and administrative support to the Specialty leasing section .
Provide exceptional service to both internal and external customers.
Prepares periodic reports as required.
Any additional tasks requested by direct manager.
Required skills:

MS Office familiarity.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Persuasive with marketing background and sales skills.
Customer service orientation.
English proficiency.
