Job description
Job DescriptionPurpose of the Job:To facilitate and enable acquiring and selecting of the top talents and to ensure that IKEA is positioned as the Employer of Choice.Main Responsibilities

Creating recruitment plan to serve the continuous need for recruiting high volumes.
Selecting the right sourcing channels for the right profile of candidates we will target per position in a cost-conscious way.
Partnering together with functional managers in the Store with local Universities, schools and forums that are relevant to our business and can proactively supply IKEA with talent and potentials.
Utilizing and maintaining the IKEA website as a primary sourcing channel and at the same time maintain a mix of research vehicles such as LinkedIn, social media, etc.
Proactively engage with candidates for future key openings and thus create a talent pool
Extending to the final candidates attractive offers that reflecting our IKEA values, our total compensation package, our training programs and the unique IKEA experience.
Ensuring that all actions are aligned with our objective of becoming the leader in life at home and growing with sustained profitability.
Implementing rules and guidelines in the areas of recruitment in my Country.
Fulfilling the Performance Appraisal requirements where it will influence the Succession plans and the coworker’s career path.
Embracing different styles of training techniques.
Creating training programs that are aligned with the organization’s objectives and having a strong understanding of what these are.
Responsible to lead all aspects of Talent Management within your assigned store including Manpower Planning, Recruitment, Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Onboarding, Succession Management, Training and Development, and Performance Management in order to maintain IKEA’s standing as a place that people want to work for and grow with.
Qualifications

3-5 Year’s experience in recruitment and talent Management.
Ability to prioritize and organize own work to make efficient use of time available.
English and Arabic language skills, both spoken and written.
Excellent computer skills including using of an ATS.
Flexible approach to work and open to change.
Interest in people´s everyday life at home and in home furnishing.
Experience of working in an IKEA store or other retail company
Experience in working in a global, matrix organizations.
