A Leading Company in providing industrial Services, heavy equipment and spare parts, its offices in Amman, is looking for a Sales Manager. Main Accountabilities Include (but are not limited to):
– Develop relationships with clients through managing and interpreting their requirements, providing timely and accurate feedback on their issues, outstanding proposals; competitive action; complaints and unresolved disputes. – Discover, develop and close new sales opportunities.
– Search for new clients who benefit from the company’s products and services, maximize client potential and maintain the contact with existing customers.
– Reviewing and presenting tailor-made financial and technical proposals for potential customers
– Provide pre-sales technical assistance and after-sales support services.
– Provide timely and accurate sales reports that include sales forecasts, market needs, market conditions and competition.
– Negotiate contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs.
– Identify marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements
– Stay well informed about market trends in order to conduct assessments of long-term market needs.
– Advise customers of updates and new technologies.
– Be familiar with competitors’ activities and products.
Job Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in engineering or any related field with 8 years’ experience or more.
– General business knowledge and understanding of the industry, products, trends, market.
– Ability to travel to customer sites both domestic and international
– Excellent verbal and written English/Arabic communication skills.
– Commercial contract-negotiation experience.
