- Enhances team and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

- Actively participate in the End to End process to ensure that processes match actions taken by team and ensure that the End to End process manual is proactively updated to reflect enhancements and improvements that are agreed from time to time.
- Assessing customer requirements and ensuring that these are met.
- Setting customer service standards, definition documents etc…
- Maintains and improves product quality by completing service, company, system, compliance, and surveillance audits; investigating customer complaints; collaborating with other members of management and training methods.
- Conduct weekly meetings with outsource departments heads to review the processes and to get feedback from them in order to amend the processes when needed/incidental meetings and groups discussions upon projects and business needs.
- Conduct audit activities at all assignments level to recognize individual performance achievements and areas of improvement/growth. On performance & process maturity levels. (Evaluation, audit, certification, shift briefs, training, coaching etc…)
- Performed audits on quality assurance activities, performed inspections on same & maintain improvement follow-up at all levels.
- Conduct and facilitating calibration sessions on LOB level.
- Any other assignment upon business necessity assuring LOBs KPIs are achieved and enhanced.

Success Factors:

- JollyChic’s fan with 6 months – 2 years in related e-commerce experience / Entry – Junior Level.
- Positive Personality and fully ready to be part of the change.
- Previous experience is preferred in related (Training, QA & Operational) role within e-commerce companies.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including patience, diplomacy,willingness to listen and respect for management, colleagues and partners.
- Must be capable of working both individually and effectively as part of the team.
- Good communication skills, strong team player with high team spirit and positive quality & professional attitude.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, stressful environment and taking initiative.
- Fluent in Arabic and English. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of business concepts, practices and procedures related to the discipline of JollyChic and the ability to learn and develop.
- Strong sense of responsibility, ownership and ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Must be able to quickly understand the business & the department dynamic environment.
- Must be flexible, willing to perform other duties, and work irregular hours.
- The ability to work under pressure. Negotiation and problem solving skills.
- Proven ability to conceptualize, plan and execute ideas, as well as impart knowledge and teaching skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint & excel and ability to learn and develop skills.
- Tactfulness, enthusiasm towards assigned tasks, good human relationship skills, integrity, honesty, and the ability to work under pressure to accomplish work tasks within assigned time periods.
- Ability to coordinate and lead team members.
- Ability to analyze and high attention to details and propose solutions to problems.
** Has previous experience in the training & QA filed 1-2 years or has a previous experience in JollyChic account with our business partners (extensya / Crystel).
