POSITION: Brand Activation & Events Specialist

DIVISIONMarketing & Communications

LOCATION: Jordan

REPORTS TO: Brand Activation & Events Supervisor

Major Responsibilities 

Delight target consumers and create engaging brand experiences when activating Nestlé brands on ground (out-of-store), to support building strong brands and generate brand building results.

Main Purpose of the Job

  • Understand target consumers of each brand deeply, and where they are located in the consumer engagement funnel
  • Engage with consumers with the relevant concept when and where consumers are receptive, and activate brand big ideas by creating attractive and rewarding brand experience while ensuring all brand communication are in line with company trusted image as leader in Nutrition Health Wellness
  • Contribute to develop and execute flawlessly strong activation plan aligned with brands business objectives
  • Ensure Nutrition Health Wellness communication strategy is embedded in brand activation
  • Contribute to bringing Nestlé brand big idea to life in the mind of our consumers through on-ground activation, delight with products experience and ensure engagement concepts are in line with Nestlé brand engagement strategy
  • Develop locally relevant tactical activation plan in line with regional strategic activation & brand engagement strategy and ensure continues update of country event calendar
  • Understand business impact of Product Fixed Marketing Expenses (PFME) and investment of brand to leverage on resources maximize ROI
  • Work with the local events committee of the Operating Company (OPC) to develop tailor made activation to enhance the engagement of employees in the market
  • Responsible for all consumer requests in the market and ensuring they are assigned to the proper stakeholder in the Operating Company (OPC)
  • Support the Activation & Promotion team with all sampling activations in the market by conducting mystery shopper visits, analysis on the ROI of sampling across the market
  • Work with the local CSV committee on developing tailor-made activities based on the CSV plan set for the country

Requirements

  • 3 years’ experience in field activation and event management
  • Experience in working with cross functional team
  • Innovative – Resourceful – Autonomous
  • Advance Communication Skills
  • Public Speaking – Event Management – Computer Skills
  • Comfortable with social media platforms (FB, Instagram, Twitter, etc.)
  • Good Networking Skills
  • Excellent Arabic and English communication
