Job Title

Manager, Account Management• Identify opportunities for portfolio growth and optimization by using data tools and knowledge of customer, deliver the relevant opportunities to the customer and devise plans for implementation, and, with the customer, execute on the plans.
• Negotiate, execute and manage the customer contract agreement process, ensuring regional linkage of resources and information sharing.
• Provide consultative industry and Mastercard insights and expertise via business reviews conducted with the customers.
• Manage pipeline of Value Added Services sales to customers, deliver presentations with solutions targeted at customer pain points, and manage through enrollment and execution process. Track pipeline via use of tools such as salesforce.com to ensure visibility throughout the organization.

This job-holder:
• Must be capable of operating with high levels of empowerment and accountability
• Requires to be able to operate at a strategic and operational level
• Strong relationship management and build effective partnership with the relevant business stakeholders from banks, government, and third-party processors
• Negotiate, execute and manage customer agreements
• Develop strategies, financial modeling and business cases for identified opportunities, as well as coordinate contract development

Role
• Responsible of building revenue diversification strategy and identify new business opportunities
• Responsible for implementation of approved strategies and their P&L
• Responsible for operationalization of the strategies as per agreed time lines
• Manage and execute government strategy, and expanding the MasterCard footprint in the government space with several key ministries and government entities across Levant & Iraq
• Proven track record of developing commercial relationships with senior officials
• Account management experience – ability to understand customer’s need marketplace dynamics, industry trends and the competitive landscape.
• Interpersonal and negotiation skills – extensive experience in communicating in international environment at senior management level.
• Entrepreneurial approach; ability to quickly understand business requirements and to translate them into potential business development opportunities

All About You
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Business experience with related sales and management experience
• Demonstrated track record of planning, managing and closing complex, competitive sales effort and project management
• Excellent strategic thinking and analysis skills and a proven track record of creating solutions that increase revenue
• Ability to manage and grow internal and external cross functional relationships and partnerships
• Ability to manage a large customer set with varying and diverse issues and pain points, establishing relationships up and down throughout the organization.
• Deep knowledge and understanding of payment solutions, with significant experience in sales and business development
• Action oriented and results driven and with a disciplined approach to deliver sales targets, financial analysis, and strategic development
• Strong relationship management skills – experience of managing multiple stakeholders in a multicultural environment. Strong negotiating and influencing skills, with the ability to execute through others who do not report directly to you.
• Committed to quality with a strong focus on customer needs
• A team player who easily builds relationships
• Language: fluent, Arabic and English.
