We are Hiring Call Center Team Leader.
Job Description
-Oversee staff who respond to customer inquiries.
-Receive incoming phone calls and/or electronic messages from people who have concerns about a company’s goods or services.
-Make sure employees know how to respond to what is being asked and do so in a manner that puts the company in a good light.
-Follow procedures and directions given routinely to the staff on what to do and how to improve.
-Scheduling workers to ensure adequate coverage.
-Set goals to achieve as a way to improve performance and measure effectiveness.
-Firm grasp on the company’s requirements from its customer service team.
-May be responsible for recruiting, interviewing,
and hiring candidates and then address duties and expectations.
-Monitor both group and individual performance.
-Increase productivity and customer satisfaction.
-Document observations in written reports and submit to higher management.
Skills Bachelor degree/ Diploma is a must.
5-6 years of experience relevant to the filed /same filed in a reputable
—company/ a well-known organization telecom/bank.
Bilingual (fluent in Arabic and English) Knowledge of using GENESYS reports (is a +) Patient.
