IT Help DESK required for outsourcing in Qatar

We are looking for 12 IT help desk for outsourcing in Qatar for 3 years contract.


• 2 Years experiences in Client support (Helpdesk) field.

• CCNA Certified or higher or equivalent certificate.

• MCITP certifications on Windows 7 or higher or other Microsoft equivalent certificate.

• The candidates recommended be Fluent in Arabic & English ‐ written and spoken.

• Good communication skills, both written and verbal and the ability to work independently with a client.

• We can waive the CCNA / MCITP Certificates if the experience is more than 2 years or the candidates have academic / Bachelor degree.

Roles and Responsibilities:

The IT Client Support Technicians shall install all hardware/ software and provide

Services to the customers.

Recording request from the client in the helpdesk system, and making sure that all needed data is entered correctly in the helpdesk systems .

Keeping track of all incidents call through helpdesk system and solve all incidents related to end user equipment and end user issues.
