Job Description and Requirements
Kids Care Academy preschool are looking to hire an English teacher and seeking candidates with the following characteristics:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Minimum a bachelor degree in English literature or related fields.
• Fluent in English, reading and writing.
PREFERRED ADDITIONAL OPTIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
• Montessori course.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in teaching children within 2-3 years age group.
• First aid training.
IMPORTANT QUALITIES
• Communication skills.
• Creativity.
• Interpersonal skills.
• Organizational skills.
• Patience.
• Physical stamina.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Plan and implement activities to meet the physical, emotional, intellectual and social needs of the children.
• Ensure equipment and the facility are clean, well maintained and safe at all times.
• Develop and implement activities that introduce math and literacy concepts.
• Ability to supervise children at all times with interesting activities.
• Provide various experiences and activities for children including songs, games and storytelling.
• Build children’s self-esteem.
• Establish routines and provide positive guidance.
• Clearly and effectively communicate in a manner that children understand.
• Observe children and make note of progress.
• Perform other related duties as required.
Work Schedule
Sunday – Thursday.
