Job Description
• Contributing in developing work procedures and identifying the tools used at work.
• Conducting psychosocial assessments for cases (children, women or any member of the family) to identify the psychosocial needs and services.
• Developing an intervention plan according to the needs of the case in order to achieve the goals of the offered service.
• Providing individual or group counselling for cases to implement the intervention plan.
• Conducting home visits to the cases, schools visits, and visits to any other places required, according to work procedures.
• Reviewing and assessing the intervention plan with every case, and make the necessary adjustments or modifications to the intervention plan as needed, according to work procedures.
• Providing consultancy and technical support to new psychosocial counsellors to work with cases.• Documenting all work procedures and database of cases details, and reporting to the team supervisor.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or any related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in providing children and their families with psychological services in the context of violence, abuse or difficult circumstances.

Language Skills:
• Strong English and Arabic language skills (written and spoken).
