Advising management with the potential mergers and acquisitions; which include: data gathering and financial analysis, valuation models, scenario analysis, potential synergies and measuring the expected rate of return (IRR & NPV).

Preparing financial benchmarking models and other industry analysis studies

Investigating and analyzing new potential investments and building feasibility study models

Monitoring and following up with available investments performance

Building different financial models and templates upon management request.

Preparing different variance and comparison reports to keep tracking on the investments
