Major roles and responsibilities

– Support and follow up with systems users

– Understand and identify the business needs and requirements

– Help in the selection of appropriate tools and systems

– Supervise the development of in-house or outsourced solutions

– Identify and implement the reporting and information needs and introduce the appropriate tools

– Ensure appropriate quality of the systems in terms of usability, performance, and meeting the business requirements

– Assist the business owners in the deployment and training

– Programming using VB.net

– Communication (documentation, training)

– Database Management and Development

– Reports Management and Development

– Software Testing

 
– Previous experience in database development and design is a plus

– Previous experience in MIS field is a plus – Minimum 2 to 5 years’ experience.
