Supply Chain Fleet Senior Supervisor – Pepsi Cola Jordan
Job Description
Scope of Work
- Manage the Company Fleet of vehicles to meet Sales & Manufacturing demands. Maintain all fleet equipment in a safe and user ready condition Responsible of the sanitation & housekeeping inside the plant.
Accountabilities
- Prepare and execute departmental budget for manpower, spares, consumables and fleet major overhauls
- Set garage workshops performance standards and align organization
- Institute an effective fleet maintenance program to ensure safe and reliable operation
- Stay current on all Department of Transportation Laws and Regulations and ensure the Company fleet of vehicles are in compliance
- Coordinate and follow-up on all vehicles service scheduling requirements with responsible departments
- Tracks performance of fleet (i.e.: cost, repair, preventive maintenance quality, unscheduled breakdowns …
- Coach and schedule training to build the fleet team technical mastery
- Coach and provide constant feedback for development and improved performance
- Utilize visual factory concepts to control and organize the work in the garage workshops
- Problem solve with the fleet team recurring problems
- Maintain an up-to-date list of all company vehicles
- Ensure safe operating conditions exist throughout the garage workshops. Promptly correct any unsafe conditions
- Be the local resource regarding fleet vehicles selection criteria and specifications, dealerships/agencies, cost of purchase vs. leases…
- Coordinate fleet technical resources across garages / facilities
- Responsible for selection, on-boarding, reward and discipline recommendation for all fleet personnel
Key Skills/Experience Required
- Engineering degree from a recognized university
- Minimum 6 years working experience in relevant field
- Minimum 3 years of Maintenance Managerial experience (preferably Fleet Management)
- Solid leadership and coaching skills
- Knowledge of Jordan Traffic & Transportation regulations
- Fluency in English and solid communication skills are mandatory
- Ability to use new processes and tools to improve performance standards

- Report incidents clearly to Quality Control (QA) & Environmental, Health, & Safety (EHS) Manager and for Food Safety issues report to Food Safety & QA Supervisor and take preventive quality measures to prevent defected product.
- Implement all control measures and track critical control points to eliminate any possible risks.
