The Role

Responsibilities

Our client is currently looking for a qualified candidate to manage this software product and be responsible for all its development having the following key responsibilities

One of the services of our client is providing his clients with a Risk Management software to manage the risks and compliance aspects at their premises.

• Manage the complete Software Development Life Cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.
• Plan for product releases alongside the Development team.
• Conduct meetings with clients to understand their requirements and customization needs and ensure proper documentation of Business Requirements.
• Manage off-shore development team, whenever required.
• Provide clients with the required training and support related to the product.
• Assist in the documentation of training manuals for clients.

The Candidate

The client is looking for candidates who meet the following specifications:

• holding a Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or closely related field.
• holding a professional certification (e.g. PMP, ITIL, etc.) is preferred.
• having at least 6 years of experience in managing the development of Software products, preferably in a project based environment.
• having good skills in supervising Development Teams.
• having hands on experience in programming and database design/management (e.g. Microsoft ASP.NET, SQL Server, PHP, HTML, JavaScript, C#, VB.NET).
• having strong background and understanding of Project Management, Software Development Life Cycle, and Documentation practices and principles.
• having strong Customer Relationship Management skills.
• proficiency in English and Arabic languages is a must.
