Quality Officer
• Assist to establish necessary documents to apply APC quality programs according to the national and international standards and review them with concerned departments before approval from top management and then implementation in the work places.• Assist to ensure that QMS documentation system is controlled as updated, reviewed and approved in cooperation with concerned departments and Keep records of quality reviews and relevant documentation.• Assist to ensure that QMS performance is reviewed at planned intervals to ensure its continuing suitability, adequacy and effectiveness. This review means reporting and assessing opportunities for improvement and the need for changes to the QMS.• Assist to escorts external lead auditors, inspectors, customer’ representatives in performing external audits for certifying quality assurance programs or periodical surveillance visits and follow-up the implementation of the visits findings with concerned departments.• Assist to ensure quality assurance of potash products and services by conducting scheduled visits and product specification audits on processes a direct impact on product quality and the services quality that under scope (Technical, Production and Aqaba Site) and report of the quality opportunities.• Assist to ensure continual improvements program for Quality assurance programs, ensuring that evidence of corrective and preventive actions taken are recorded and reviewed to maintain performance within acceptable levels.• Assist to obtain necessary data for the quality assurance inputs that to be discussed in the MRMs to satisfy Quality ISO standards.• Assist to analyze performance data against potash product defined parameters and report for product quality continual improvement.
