Lamsa is looking for a female Call Center Representative that will be the liaison between our company and the current and potential customers.
Applicants should be able to:
-Handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently and effectively, and take proper action accordingly.
-Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
-Recognize, document, and alert the management team of trends and malfunctions if happened.
-Achieve and maintain high customer satisfaction, to build sustainable relationships of trust with clients.
-Handle complains, gather feedback and provide solutions in time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.
Applicants should have:
-Proficiency in relevant computer applications.
– 0 to 1 year of experience in the call center domain.
Applicants should be:
-Team Player and problem solver.
-Adaptable, attentive and curios to learn and improve.
-Knows how to go the extra mile with customers.
-Fun and can easily cope with new cultures.
