Job description
- Enter HR transactions and data into the internally used information technology systems in accordance with established quality and accuracy standard.
- Follow all the processes and transactions related to the employees and comply with the standard operating procedures and local laws and regulations.
- Comply with internal control standards and procedures to ensure efficiency, data integrity as well as integration with other service lines for each country.
- Maintain and regularly update the employee data (status and personnel changes, benefit deductions, etc.) in Success Factors and any other related internally used information technology systems.
- Stay current on any changes in labor laws, immigration requirements, policies and procedures
- Continuously update the trackers/ control sheet and ensure accuracy of the information
- Respond, process requests, follow up and close cases that come to the HRSS platforms such as GCS / SF or any related systems as well as support employees on day-to-day policy related queries within the timeframes and SLAs stated in the SOP.
- Execute and follow the exact procedures and steps mentioned in the SOPs
- Assist with various HRSS projects as needed
