Here at Fetchr we’re looking for a Training Officer / Trainer who will be responsible for enhancing our logistical operation’s employees’ skills, performance, productivity and quality of work.

You will be:

• Responsible for devising our organizational training strategy, overseeing it’s implementation and assessing its outcomes.
• Training operations staff on business process and soft skills.

• Training operations staff on company’s safety training and safe package handling guidelines code of conduct .
• Monitoring the ongoing performance of operations staff
• Providing feedback to staff and managers based on audits
• Providing on the job training when required
• Responsible for preparing a schedule for field trainers based on staff performance and new starters
• Maintaining KPI, performance and attendance trackers
• Willing to Travel to regional hubs across Jordan

What you will need to succeed:

• 1 to 3 years experience as a Trainer ( Arabic speaking is preferred) Or alternatively a recent graduate from a logistics related degree.
• Exceptional Communication and Presentation skills
• A strong personality and passion for training, learning and development
• Prior logistics experience (an advantage)
• A valid Driving Licence
