Luminus Education is seeking to hire a highly qualified professional “Payroll & Compensation Officer”
Qualifications & Skills Required:
· Bachelor degree from an accredited institution
· Minimum 3 years of experience in HR field
· Familiar with MENA ME system
· Excellent command of English language
· Excellent communication skills
· Ability to work under pressure
Duties & Responsibilities:
· Work as social security liaison officer.
· Implement correct accurate payroll calculation.
· Enter employees’ financial records on HR system and maintain an up-to-date database.
· Work as social security liaison officer.
· Provide Social Security Corporation with the required periodic reports and insure the company records at Social Security are accurate and up-to-date.
· Continuously coordinate with finance department to insure proper payroll calculation process.
· Responsible of issuing finance related official banks letters requested by staff.
· Coordinate with other HR functions to insure effective workflow.
· Respond and answer finance related staff inquiries.
