Responsible for providing effective support to Hikma end user on the network and other associated system. Answer calls came on IT support center.

Accountabilities:

• The employee’s technical knowledge of job functions.
• General understanding of the policies, procedures and processes.
• Ability to obtain new skills and further develop existing skills through training and sharing knowledge with team members.
• The level of accuracy and proficiency with which the employee completes assigned work.
• Ability to complete assignments accurately and on time.
• Ability to follow required procedures and guidelines.
• Attendance record.
• Understanding and implementation of standrads, policies, procedures and processes as they relate to the Company/ Department and overall mission of the organization.
• General flexibility in meeting and implementing specific activities, tasks, or projects set outside the regular job accountabilities.

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor Degree in IT (Computer Engineer, Computer Science, or related field).
• Min of 2 years of relevant technical experience.

Experience:

• Experience working in Microsoft windows environment.
• Support for computer hardware and any authorized desktop software.
• Knowledge and experience of call centre practices.
• Network connectivity- Ethernet, TCP/ICP and VPN.
• Good communication skills and experience dealing with internal users.

Skills:

• Strong client-facing and communication.
• Analysis and problem solving.
• Basic knowledge of system application.
• Good knowledge in hardware and software for desktop and portable computer.
