Fresh Customer Service Representative

– Working hours from Saturday to Thursday from 10:00 – 05:00.

– Candidates must be available to start instantly.

– Responsibilities:

1- Communicate with Students (Clients).

2- Registration for new students.

3- Follow-up with trainers and their training.

4- Able to call/email/meet students and follow-up with them.

5- Assist in managing social media and promotion.

6- Preparing for partnerships.

7- Preparing documents for each student depends on the position responsibilities.

8- Take the evaluation of Trainers, and Classes.

9- Make outbound/inbound calls.

10- Responsible for day-to-day operation in the Training section.
