We are at Fastrabbit looking for:

1- Help desk technician to provide fast and useful technical assistance.

Qualifications :

▫BSc in IT, Computer Science or relevant field

▫One year experience

▫Good technical knowledge

▫Good communication skills

▫Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues

2- System Administrator to maintain, upgrade and manage our software, hardware and networks.

Qualifications :

▫BSc in Information Technology, Computer Science or a relevant field; professional certification (e.g. Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA)) is a plus

▫Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms

▫Experience with databases, networks (LAN, WAN) and patch management

▫Knowledge of system security (e.g. intrusion detection systems) and data backup/recovery

▫Excellent communication skills

▫Owns a car is a plus.
