Job Summary: Hikma has a new opening in the Travel department as a Travel Agent Specialist. Below is a summary of the position:

•       Reporting to: Travel and Events Manager
•       Department: Travel

Area: Amman, Jordan

Responsibilities

•      Handle Hikma employees business and personal flight reservations and ticketing along with all visa requirements.
•      Handle employees and guests hotel reservations, transportation and accommodation.
•      Handle travel insurances.
•      Make alternative booking arrangements if changes arise before or during the trip
•      Cooperate with Staff to determine their needs and advise them appropriate destination, modes of transportations, travel dates, costs and accommodations.

Skills

Requirements:

•      Experience: (3 – 5) years of experience. Preferred in hotel reservation, visa processing and ticketing.Previous knowledge in Galileo systems is preferred.
•      English proficiency is a must in both written and verbal communication.
•      Excellent communication, time and workload management, team work and computer skills.
•      Ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively.
•      Flexibility to work in all hours (day and/or night).
•      Education:Bachelor degree or Diploma in any related field.
