This position will be responsible for day-to-day operations across a diverse range of infrastructure technologies to ensure maximum possible service availability and performance.
Role and Responsibilities
• Deliver local and remote IT support by resolving incidents and fulfilling service requests.
• Take the appropriate actions in response to system alerts.
• Perform scheduled tasks and routine maintenance.
• Manage user accounts and data backups.
• Take part in 18-hour shift rotation.
