The Children’s Museum Jordan is looking for a talented “Digital Communications Officer”.

Roles and Responsibilities:

– Write and prepare contents on social media in Arabic and English.

– Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML).

– Prepare Monthly posting plan to share the daily contents.

– Collaborate with other teams to ensure brand consistency.

– Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer (during the weekdays and weekends)

– Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions.

– Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications.

– Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics.

– Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout)

– Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals.

– Talented video editor and photographer.
