1- ZAIN6075 – Digital Channels Team Member (Annual Contract)
What
Development, Design, deployment, configuration, daily operations, maintenance and support of Zain e- channels in alignment to the business demand, technology architecture and road maps.
How
you will be responsible for:
- Developing virtual channels (e.g., Corporate Website, and Kiosks), mobility channels (e.g., SMS and Mobile Application on the heterogeneous eco-systems such as iOS, Android, and Windows), eService, IVR, e-Payment and e-SDP applications detailed plans, cross-functional business-process
- Using a variety of programming languages in order to create user-friendly web and mobile applications.
- Optimizing site’s layout and functionality and adapt content based on the screen size and browsing device
- Identify and troubleshoot various website and mobile applications issues and coding problems
- Developing the technical requirements and changes for e-Channels based on business input
- Maintain updated knowledge of the development industry and any advancements in technology
- Identify and troubleshoot various website and mobile applications issues and coding problems
- Implementation across multiple platforms and legacy software applications
- Performing other duties related to the job as assigned by the direct supervisor
- Receive and attend to L2 incidents (fault analyses, determination of cause, and directing corrective action) and coordinate with operations centers, services and solutions operations, and infra operations to ensure resolution within SLAs and provide related reports
- Creating tools that enhance how users see and interact with company sites in any browser
- Conduct periodic health checks and preventive maintenance
- Performing other duties related to the job as assigned by the direct supervisor
- Participating in the development of RFP scopes/specifications/response assessment in alignment with vendor management

2- ZAIN6058 – IP Network Engineer
What
Designing, implementing and administrating the IP/MPLS Network, L2/L3 Devices, IGWs, DPI systems, DDoS system, network performance and monitoring system and cashing systems. Tasks including Operation and Support for Access/Core Elements & Services to satisfy customer needs. In Addition to handling network corrective/ preventive maintenance; carrying out troubleshooting, identifying root causes and providing solutions subsequently; ensuring optimal network performance. As well as contributing in network expansion and development efforts in order to introduce new technologies or improving network performance.
How
you will be responsible for:
- Planning, designing and optimizing, troubleshooting and support of IP/MPLS Core and IGWs which are Multivendor and Multi-access technologies.
- Capacity planning of IP/MPLS network (peering link/node/POP) based on traffic trend and marketing input.
- Designing traffic engineering and QoS for service profiles
- Creating standard configuration templates for new technologies.
- Integrating the services with NMS&PMS and ensuring all the services are properly monitored.
- Designing, implementing and administrating the Network DPI, Caching & CGN solutions.
- Designing, implementing and administrating the Network Protection solution; (DDoS solution).
- Designing and integrating the backhaul for all access technologies (ADSL, WiMAX, ETTH, FTTH, WIFI, 2G, 3G, 4G, CS/PS, VAS and IT Networks)
- Designing, implementing and administrating the Broad Band Access technologies such as (ADSL, FTTH, WiFi, ETTH) including the Network elements (BNG, OLT, Controller, ..etc)
- Integrating the IP/MPLS core with multi-transmission backbone technologies (DWDM, SDH, MW)
- Planning, designing, implementing the enterprise projects, based on different type of VPN technologies such as but not limit to: (L3VPN , L2VPN and VPLS) and introducing new nodes/site and deployment of service related to the equipment on customer premises such as but not limit to: routers, switches and DSLAMs acting as MPLS CPEs,
- Creating and keeping up to date technical documentation and diagrams for all network elements including all services and CPEs setup
- Performing the technical presentation and presale function for the enterprise customers
- Supporting the helpdesk team and other network/ IT teams to troubleshoot and solve all incidents or problems which related to the Network or Access technologies
- Identifying and recommending new technologies as well as new business opportunities aligned with the overall strategy.
- Managing network optimization on hardware and application level.
- Producing network and service utilization reports against capacity thresholds on regular basis for management.
- Defining procedures to optimize network KPIs of IP Network & Services.
- Responsible of rolling out all projects under MPLS Core Network Expansion, Internal and External NNI and New Nodes according to Annual Operation plan.
- Leading the specific project/task and work independently with strong project management capability.
- Preforming the onsite support for all customers with different access technologies.
- Performing other duties related to the job as assigned by the direct supervisor.
What Do I need ?
Job Specifications:-
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Communication Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 4-5 yours of experience in IP Network field (service provider sector is preferred).
- Certificates related to network and security within IP networks from major vendors at the level of CCNP, CCIP, or JNCIP, JNCIS, JNCIE .
