The personal banking advisor is a trusted partner to our clients , helping them find saving and credit solutions to meet their financial objectives.

Job Description:

1. Assist customers with various needs, such as opening checking and savings accounts; obtaining mortgage credit cards and auto loans; investing in certificates of deposit (CDs), and other commercial banking products.
2. provide an excellent customer experience ensuring that every customer is treated in a warm, friendly and respectful manner that shows genuine interest in their needs and leaves them feeling valued as a customer.
3. work together as one team to attract new customers and deepen customer relationships, so every customer recommend Capital Bank to their family, colleagues and friends
4. Provide efficient and personalized customer service .
5. Build and managing the relationship between the bank and the customers by providing financial advices, offering financial solutions and helping them to fulfil their financial dreams.
6. Makes telephone calls and in person visits and presentations to existing customers and prospective customers.
7. Upselling additional banking products by understanding customers’ accounts and connecting the customer with the opportunity and closing the sale.
8. Assist customers with self-service banking.
