– Ability to work with different working shift

Job description:

– Obtains customers information by replying on emails or over Social media channels, telephone calls; for verifying information.

– Informs customers by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information.

– Resolves problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems.

– Document all emails,calls information according to standard operating procedures
