We are looking for a customer success specialist to join ShopGo CS Team with marketing and content management system background, the following qualifications are required:

Qualifications & Responsibilities :

– BA in marketing or similar relevant field

– Familiarity with Content Management Systems

– Understanding of eCommerce market in the MENA region

– Proficiency with Google Tracking tools; Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager

– Google Partner Certified is a plus

– Proficiency with Webmaster tools; Google Search Console, SEMrush

– Proficiency in digital marketing; SEO, SEM, PPC, SMM, and Email Marketing

– Understanding of eCommerce-tracking, social media metrics; able to interpret the results and take action to increase conversion rates

– Critical thinker and problem-solving skills

– Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously

– Fluency in English
