Technical Support Specialist is required for a company with the below qualifications:
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or any other related degree.
• from 1 to 3 years experience
• Strong command of English
• Good knowledge of windows server 2012
• Good knowledge of VMware (workstation and ESXi)
• Good knowledge of SQL server administration
• Basic knowledge in Networking and System Administration.
• Self-motivated
• Works in a team.
Job Description:
• Support Customers by phone and email
• Installation and trouble shooting of company software products
• Perform customer basic training
• Keep customers’s backups
• Installing and configuring computer (hardware, Software).
• Testing and evaluating new technology.
