Job description

Job Purpose

To deliver an engaging and knowledgeable service that attracts our potential customers to generate quality new sales and ultimately drive the commercial performance of the company.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Performance

· Achieve individual success through generating new sales targets and providing sound customer service.

· Match customer needs with OSN’s products and services portfolio utilizing all opportunities to up-sell.

· Apply the OSN approved selling technique at each customer encounter to deliver a compelling and engaging presentation each time.

· Ensure that customers leave the outlet with sufficient product information and a clear understanding of the subscription journey. Leave no question unanswered.

· Working to achieve sales target is not limited to OSN kiosk, duty might require outdoor sales activities outside working hours .

· Confidence in approaching walking customers around location at all time to introduce OSN products

Requirements

Qualifications, experience, skills and competencies

· Physically fit to stand long hours.

· Be flexible to work anywhere in Amman.

· Work is takes place on a schedule outside the traditional 9 am – 6 pm day. It can involve evening or night shifts, early morning shifts, and rotating shifts.

Experience required:

· Proven experience being successful in a high pressured, target-based sales environment.

· Experience selling conceptual systems, designs or schemes (e.g., preferably entertainment-based, insurance related products, time share or off plan real estate)

· Previous retail experience in local market is desirable.

Education requirement:

· Preferred – Bachelor’s degree

Knowledge & Skills:

· Good English communication skills (both written and spoken).

· Computer literacy with focus on Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook.

· Effective listening skills that deliver against customer needs.

· Interest in and awareness of pay TV and entertainment TV within local area.

· Enjoy being part of a team, but still have the drive to work on your own initiative.

· Good understanding of local area communities and neighborhoods.
