Job description
Job Duties:
· Manage and support HR team members in their day-to-day tasks, and ensure that the workload is spread in the most efficient manner across the team.
· Monitor and improve HR team performance by evaluating team members’ performance and preparing development and training plans.
· Work closely with various departments as a consultant, assisting managers to understand and implement policies and procedures in their departments.
· Review HR SOP’s periodically and contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes.
· Handle and manage the hiring process which includes preparing job posts, filtering CVs and application forms, shortlisting, interviewing, conducting reference checks and selecting candidates.
· Advise on pay and other remuneration issues.
· Manage and coordinate performance evaluation process.
· Design and implement training and development plans.
· Participate in different projects initiated by the HR department.
Job Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree, with preference given to candidates who hold a professional certification in Human Resources
· Minimum three years of hands-on experience in Human Resources
· Good knowledge of Jordanian Labor Law and HR best practices
· Excellent command of Arabic and English
· Leadership skills
· Communication skills
· People oriented and results driven
