NourNet is looking to hire Desktop Support Engineer in Jordan Branch:

Requirements:

– Min 1 year of experience.
– Proven work experience as a Desktop Support Engineer, Technical Support Engineer or similar role.
– BSc in Computer Science or relevant field.
– Support HW & SW Renewal.
– Experience Desktop, Laptop, DVR, UPS, Switch, Printers.
– Knowledge of network security practices and anti-virus programs.
– Ability to perform remote troubleshooting and provide clear instructions.
– Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills.
