OPTIMIZA are looking to hire “Help Desk” to join our outsourcing team in Amman.

The candidates must have the below qualifications:

• Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.

• BSc in Computer Science, Business, and Information System or equivalent.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Ability to provide excellent customer service.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Well planned and organized.

• Ability to work under pressure

• Excellent telephone manner.

• Flexible and proactive approach to teamwork.

• Good learning and troubleshooting skills.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Desk Tops, Laptops, Printers, Windows OS etc.

• Good knowledge in network-related information in the area of PCs connectivity, DNS, IP addresses and web related tools.

• Experience using help desk ticketing software is a plus.
