1-Smoking Cessation Clinic Coordinator
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Coordinates the delivery of smoking cessation services throughout the different clinics
2. Participates in smoking cessation clinics activities (data collection, data entry, phone calls follow up, etc.)
3. Follows the clinic appointment; scheduling, cancellation and rescheduling.
4. Provides direct, professional care to all clients at smoking cessation clinics
5. Educates patients , relatives , community member and health care professionals about the risks of tobacco product use and benefits of quitting
6. Communicates effectively both verbally and in writing to diverse group of staff, patients and external contacts.
7. Reviews reports and other documents for completeness, accuracy and content hazards.
8. Provides support to the unit by assisting in the daily office needs and managing the general administrative activities.
Education & Professional Experience:
- Bachelor degree in Nursing or any related science.
- 2 years minimum experience preferably in health care field.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Very Good knowledge of written and spoken English and Arabic.
- Excellent knowledge in computer utilities such as word processing, spread sheets, database and power point

الوصف ومتطلبات الوظيفة
- القيام بأعمال التفقد اليومي لأجهزة وانظمة التكييف والتبريد وملحقاتها التي يتم تكليفه بها من قبل مسؤوله المباشر.
- الالتزام وتطبيق جميع إجراءات السلامة العامة ومكافحة العدوى المعمول بها في المركز.
- اعداد قوائم بقطع الغيار والإصلاح اللازمة ورفعها لمسؤوله المباشر
- الحصول على الموافقات اللازمة من مختلف الجهات المعنية في المركز للدخول للموقع الذي يتضمن إجراء الصيانة.
- تنفيذ برامج الصيانة الدورية لأجهزة التكييف والتبريد وملحقاتها المكلف بها من قبل المسؤول المباشر.
- القيام بالإصلاحات اللازمة لأجهزة وانظمة التكييف والتبريد وملحقاتها في حال حصول أي عطل وعمل تقرير بذلك.
- الالتزام بالمحافظة على النظافة العامة ونظافة الفلاتر وسلامة اجهزة التكييف والتبريد وملحقاتها في المبنى.
الشروط:
- درجة الشهادة الجامعية المتوسطة (الدبلوم) أو شهادة تدريب المهني / ثانوية عامة مهني.
- خبرة سنة لحاملي درجة الدبلوم، ثلاث سنوات لشهادة تدريب المهني / ثانوية عامة.
