– Assisting the property manager to set a QMS for the property management department with related key elements
– Documenting all property management department sub-divisions, mainly: Mechanical, Electrical, Fit-out, procurement, store management, operations and facility management, security and HSE) processes, procedures and forms including the related flow charts, inputs and outputs of each process
– Managing all tenants complaints through a clear procedure and forms until completion
– Initiating the required feedback procedures for quality control related to all PM department sub-divisions and sub-contractor services (Cleaning, MEP, security, reception, parking management ) through clear and unified forms
– Following up all daily reports and observations in order to identify the required actions
– Responsible for monthly evaluation of the FM services through a systematic data collection procedure against a set KPI
– Set new KPIs’ for any newly introduced service not part of the F?M service and initiate a data collection system for evaluation purposes
– Assist the property manager to set all operations policies
– Setting the facility manual in coordination with all departments and following it up
– Updating all manuals in coordination with all departments as required
– Participate in the internal audit in coordination with the property manager
REQUIREMENTS
-Male/Female
-Minimum Bachelors degree in industrial engineering / EM or civil Engineering
-Minimum 3-4 years of experience in operations quality control field
